Evan Music

Graduated from Berkelee College of Music, Evan was described to have “an individual, creative approach to jazz keyboard arranging…” by Russell A. Hoffmann of Berkelee College of Music Faculty. Evan has dedicated to composing music to express his love for Taiwan. Through the use of harmony, his music is simple yet profoundly reveals his passion towards the island and its people. In the TELUS TAIWANfest, together with a vocalist, saxophone player and pianist, Evan and his music will captivate the audience onto a journey of love, especially that for Taiwan.
Historically Taiwan has experienced and overcome quite some turmoil. With the passion for the land, people on the island have preserved and always kept a positive attitude. Early 2009, he releases his first album, “Love Footprint”.In Evan’s music, he tries to use the notes to touch and inspire people to continue to treasure their beloved homeland.
