TELUS TAIWANfest is celebrating the 20th anniversary. In honor of this milestone, local Taiwanese artists, Shya-fen Tsai, Wu-Zong Liao, Chang-Fu Liu collaborated on a 24-foot painting of Taiwan's aspirations of first-generation immigrants.
