- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Lost tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances. No reentry is permitted and no exception is allowed.
- Proof of purchase must be provided upon request.
- In consideration of gaining admission to the ticketed event ("Event"), the ticket holder or parent / guardian of minor ticket holder agrees and discharges the organizer, their sponsors, contractors, employees, partners, performers and volunteers, in respect of any claims for personal injury, loss or damage to property which may occur on or near the Event site.
- Business solicitation, sales or distribution of materials or services without the express written consent of the organizer is prohibited and will result in ejection, fine or arrest.
- All consumption or exchanges taking place within the Event venue between ticket holder and sponsors, partners and performers are at ticket holder's own risk. The ticket holder hereby indemnifies the organizer for any liability or damage which may result from the exchange or consumption.
- For the safety of all patrons, ticket holder consents to random search of personal belonging and/or body search by event security staffs.
- All forms of photography and/or recordings are prohibited without prior written approval from the organizer.
- The ticket holder (or parent/guardian of minor ticket holder) consents to his/her photographs and or video being taken by the organizer at the Event and waives any proprietary claim arising from the said photographs or video recordings.
