8 slices - Ginger (Smashed)
15 Cloves - President’s Choice Garlic (Frozen Chopped)

Three Cups of Sauce*:
1 Cup of Michiu (Taiwan Cooking Rice Wine)
1 Cup of President’s Choice Soy Sauce
1 Cup of President’s Choice Pure Sesame Oil

- Cut the chicken leg in half through the bones into bite-size serving pieces.
- Discard the Shiitake mushroom stems and cut the caps in half.
